A major expansion of our 90 Glover Road building was successfully completed in 2022. With construction managed by Tippmann Innovation, the building now includes nearly 150,000 square feet of additional cold storage and warehouse space, effectively doubling the size of the previous building. Current tenants include Sierra Supply Chain Service and GT French. And with over 16 acres of vacant, ready-to-be-developed land within this industrial centre, there is certainly more to come!
