Inspired by the significant growth of the Waterdown Community, Waterdown Bay is the largest residential development project currently underway in Canada! It covers approximately 400 acres and extends across the Waterdown South Secondary Plan. Given the large scale of the project, construction is being completed in phases. A new retail plaza will be included in the next stage of development. Builders involved with this project include Greenpark and New Horizon Development Group.
